Started in 2008, Quality Precision Industries Pvt. Ltd. (QPIPL) is a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing company offering end-to-end solutions in forging, precision machining, heat treatment, grinding and assembly — every process executed in-house for complete accuracy, traceability and consistency.
Our Capabilities
Modern hammers, screw presses, ring rolling and an integrated machining & heat treatment setup mean every part stays in-house from raw material to finished, tested component.
Hammers, screw presses, metal gathering and ring rolling for closed- and open-die forging across steel, stainless and non-ferrous alloys.
Gas-fired continuous & pit-type furnaces for tempering, nitriding, hardening, normalising, solution annealing and iso-annealing, with in-house MPI, ultrasonic, DP and hardness testing.
CNC, VMC (4th axis & pallet changer), VTL, HMC and surface grinding machines handling complex geometries and close tolerances with repeatability.
Surface, cylindrical and centreless grinding, precision grinding & polishing, carbide silver brazing, shot blasting and surface coating for a finished, ready-to-fit part.
Complete assemblies with Teflon seat insertion, DOT pin marking, full traceability and final inspection before dispatch.
Exporting to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, UK, USA, Germany, Singapore and Russia from our India and KSA facilities.

Expanding Horizons
